Leadership in Action: Developing Young Adult Changemakers

Open to young adults ages 14–18 (grades 9–12), this program empowers participants to put leadership into action—both within themselves and in their communities.

Building on a strong foundational base, we dive deeper into the critical topics, skills, and real-world experiences that teens need to refine their leadership identity and prepare for life beyond the classroom.

Participants in this cohort gain:

A clear understanding of real-world expectations
The tools to confidently navigate pathways to success
Practical strategies that extend beyond scholarships and college admissions

Elevate: Real-World Readiness for Young Adults

Open to young adults ages 18–24, this advanced program focuses on leadership development, strategic networking, and career advancement—equipping participants for long-term sustainability, personal growth, and success in the real world.

Participants receive executive-level training designed to:

Strengthen professional presence and leadership capacity
Build both soft skills (communication, adaptability, teamwork) and hard skills (technical competencies, industry-specific tools)
Expand networking opportunities and professional connections
Enhance workforce readiness and career direction
