Leadership in Action: DTD Leadership Institute™ Announces Its First Founding Executive Leadership Ambassador

Leadership is most powerful when it extends beyond individual achievement to create opportunities for others, strengthen organizations, and transform communities. That philosophy is at the heart of the DTD Leadership Institute™ and serves as the foundation for one of its newest leadership initiatives—the Executive Leadership Corps.
Today, we are proud to celebrate an important milestone in the Institute's history with the appointment of our first Founding Executive Leadership Ambassador. We are honored to announce the appointment of Teresa Barnes, Program Coordinator for Prince George's County Public Schools, as a Founding Executive Leadership Ambassador of the DTD Leadership Institute™ Executive Leadership Corps.
Teresa's appointment reflects more than professional accomplishment. It recognizes a demonstrated commitment to leadership excellence, collaboration, educational innovation, and meaningful service to others. Throughout her career, she has exemplified the qualities that the Institute seeks to recognize in leaders who create measurable impact within their organizations and communities.
Building a Community of Leaders
The Executive Leadership Corps was established to bring together accomplished professionals from education, government, business, nonprofit organizations, faith-based institutions, and community organizations who share a common commitment to leadership that delivers results.
Founding Executive Leadership Ambassadors will help shape the future of the Corps while serving as advocates for leadership excellence, strategic collaboration, and sustainable community impact.
This appointment represents another step toward building a leadership network dedicated to strengthening organizations, developing future leaders, and expanding opportunities through purposeful collaboration.
